Agreement to Receive Text Messages
By providing your mobile telephone number and affirmatively opting into any SMS or MMS messaging program offered by Reticular Activating Revolution (“Reticular Activating Revolution,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you expressly consent to receive recurring automated and non-automated text messages at the mobile telephone number you provide.
Messages may include appointment confirmations, consultation scheduling, customer support communications, educational content, inspirational messages, podcast and video notifications, course and training updates, webinar invitations, live event announcements, community updates, newsletters, new articles and resources, promotional offers, account notifications, membership updates where applicable, service announcements, and other communications relating to Reticular Activating Revolution’s educational programs, coaching services, digital content, events, memberships, and related services.
Your consent to receive automated marketing text messages is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for assistance.
By enrolling in our messaging program, you represent and warrant that you are the authorized subscriber or customary user of the mobile telephone number provided and that you possess the legal authority to consent to receive text messages at that number.
Eligibility
Participation in the Reticular Activating Revolution messaging program is limited to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or who otherwise possess the legal capacity to enter into legally binding agreements under applicable law.

Reticular Activating Revolution offers an SMS messaging program designed to communicate with individuals who have requested information about our educational resources, coaching programs, online content, community initiatives, digital products, live events, and related services.
Depending upon your relationship with the Company, text messages may include educational insights, motivational content, reminders for upcoming webinars or events, podcast and video releases, course announcements, membership communications, customer support responses, appointment reminders, account notifications, special promotions, newsletters, product announcements, community updates, and other information relating to your interaction with Reticular Activating Revolution.
Our messaging program is intended to provide timely and relevant communications that help subscribers stay informed about educational opportunities, upcoming events, new resources, and other offerings provided by Reticular Activating Revolution.
Message Frequency
The number of text messages you receive will vary depending upon your communication preferences, your interaction with the Company, the programs or services in which you participate, customer support requests, event registrations, and other activities initiated by you.
Most subscribers can generally expect to receive approximately two (2) to eight (8) text messages per month. Reticular Activating Revolution does not charge a separate fee to participate in its messaging program. However, message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier’s messaging plan.
You are solely responsible for any charges, fees, or costs assessed by your wireless carrier in connection with your participation in the messaging program.
Opt-In
You may enroll in our messaging program by subscribing through our website, requesting information, registering for a webinar or event, enrolling in a course or educational program, scheduling a consultation, creating an account, providing written or electronic consent, responding affirmatively to an invitation to receive text messages, or otherwise clearly indicating your consent to receive SMS communications.
Your enrollment constitutes your electronic signature and express consent to receive text messages from Reticular Activating Revolution at the mobile telephone number you provide, subject to these Mobile Messaging Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
Reticular Activating Revolution maintains records of consumer consent in accordance with applicable laws, industry guidelines, and wireless carrier requirements.
Opt-Out
You may opt out of receiving promotional SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from Reticular Activating Revolution.
After your opt-out request is received, we will send a one-time confirmation message confirming that your request has been processed. Following confirmation, no further promotional text messages will be sent unless you subsequently provide a new opt-in.
You may also opt out by replying with other commonly recognized keywords, including END, CANCEL, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, STOPALL, or STOP ALL, where supported by the messaging platform.
Your decision to opt out of promotional SMS messages will not affect our ability to send transactional or informational communications that are legally permitted, including messages relating to scheduled appointments, course enrollments, customer support requests, billing matters, account administration, security notifications, legal notices, or other communications necessary to administer an existing relationship, unless prohibited by applicable law.

Messaging Technology
Reticular Activating Revolution may utilize automated messaging platforms, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, SMS application programming interfaces (APIs), scheduling platforms, customer support software, marketing automation tools, manual messaging systems, and other lawful communication technologies to deliver SMS and MMS messages. These technologies are used solely to facilitate communications with individuals who have provided the appropriate consent or with whom we are otherwise permitted to communicate under applicable law.
The use of automated messaging technologies does not alter your rights under applicable federal or state law. Reticular Activating Revolution administers its messaging program in accordance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), applicable Federal Communications Commission (FCC) regulations, CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, wireless carrier requirements, and other applicable laws governing text messaging communications.
Supported Carriers and Carrier Disclaimer
Our messaging program is supported by many, but not all, wireless carriers. Message availability may vary depending on your wireless carrier, mobile device, operating system, geographic location, network availability, and other technical factors beyond our reasonable control.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed, failed, incomplete, duplicated, misdirected, or undelivered messages. Reticular Activating Revolution does not guarantee that text messages will be delivered promptly or without interruption, as delivery depends upon third-party wireless carriers, network availability, internet connectivity, and other factors outside our reasonable control.
Participation in the messaging program may not be available on every wireless carrier or mobile device.
Updating Your Mobile Telephone Number
You agree to promptly notify Reticular Activating Revolution if your mobile telephone number changes, is reassigned, transferred to another individual, or is otherwise no longer under your control. You may update your contact information by contacting us using the information provided below.
Reticular Activating Revolution is not responsible for messages sent to a reassigned, recycled, or incorrect telephone number if you fail to timely update your contact information.
Consent Records
Reticular Activating Revolution maintains records demonstrating consumer consent in accordance with applicable law, wireless carrier requirements, industry guidelines, and internal compliance procedures.
These records may include your mobile telephone number, the date and time consent was provided, IP address, browser information, operating system, user agent, referring URL, landing page URL, consent language presented during enrollment, the affirmative action evidencing your consent, confirmation records, message history, opt-in and opt-out history, and other information reasonably necessary to demonstrate compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
These records may be retained for the period reasonably necessary to comply with applicable legal obligations, respond to regulatory inquiries, resolve disputes, defend legal claims, enforce our agreements, and maintain our compliance records.
Privacy

Program Changes
Reticular Activating Revolution reserves the right to modify, suspend, expand, restrict, or discontinue its messaging program at any time, including changes to message content, message frequency, enrollment methods, eligibility requirements, supported keywords, communication categories, technical functionality, or participating communication channels, subject to applicable law.
From time to time, we may introduce additional messaging programs or communication categories relating to our educational content, courses, memberships, coaching programs, events, products, or services. Where required by applicable law or wireless carrier requirements, we will obtain any additional consent necessary before sending messages that require separate authorization.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The messaging program is provided on an “AS IS,” “AS AVAILABLE,” and “WITH ALL FAULTS” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Reticular Activating Revolution expressly disclaims all warranties of every kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, accuracy, reliability, compatibility, or error-free operation.
Reticular Activating Revolution does not warrant that the messaging program will operate without interruption, delay, technical failure, or transmission error, nor does it guarantee that every message will be delivered successfully.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Reticular Activating Revolution, its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, licensors, successors, and assigns shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or enhanced damages arising out of or relating to your participation in the messaging program.
This limitation includes, without limitation, damages arising from delayed messages, undelivered messages, duplicate messages, misdirected messages, interrupted communications, network failures, wireless carrier issues, system outages, technical malfunctions, loss of data, loss of business opportunities, or any other damages arising from participation in the messaging program.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the aggregate liability of Reticular Activating Revolution arising from or relating to the messaging program shall not exceed the greater of One Hundred U.S. Dollars (US $100.00) or the amount, if any, paid directly by you to Reticular Activating Revolution specifically for participation in the messaging program.
Certain jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, these limitations shall apply only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Governing Law
These Mobile Messaging Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws specified in the Reticular Activating Revolution Terms of Service, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to These Mobile Messaging Terms & Conditions
Reticular Activating Revolution may revise these Mobile Messaging Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in applicable law, wireless carrier requirements, technology, business operations, or our messaging program.
When revisions are made, we will update the Effective Date appearing at the beginning of these Terms. Revised Terms become effective upon posting to our website unless a later effective date is expressly stated.
Your continued participation in the messaging program following the effective date of any revisions constitutes your acceptance of the updated Mobile Messaging Terms & Conditions to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
